Healthy Mind

  It can be really hard to make healthy choices when you're busy and stressed out. A Healthy Mind is one that is well-rested, well-fed, and  well-balanced.   We all have some level of stress in our life but we must be able to identify when that stress is affecting our health in a negative way.  We all need to "unwind" sometimes and splurge on some self-care. Everyone's version of a Healthy Mind is not the same.
