Commit to a Healthy Lifestyle.
You have decided that you need to become healthier. You want to make a change in your life. You want to make Healthy Changes to your Mind, Body, Plate, and Wallet.
This may sound like an overwhelming task. You may ask yourself "How do I make changes to all those areas at once?" Well, it's easy you don't. If you start this challenge by trying to rewrite your entire life then you will fail. You will be exhausted and give up before you can even make a difference.
This change is all about you. This is your story, your journey, and whatever changes you make are personal to you. There is no "One Size Fits All" template for any Get Healthy Challenge. Accept the Healthy Living Challenge and commit to living the healthiest version of yourself that includes healthy changes in your Mind, Body, Plate, and your Wallet. Only you know what you need to change.This challenge is about so much more than just losing weight or fitting back into your favorite jeans. This challenge involves making little changes or substitutions that best balance your total health - ALL OF THESE AREAS.
This is not a one size fits all change. Every change is personal and is based on what you need and learning to treat all of the 4 areas as equally important.
For example, Being Stressed can affect the way you eat. The way you eat can affect your mind and body. An unhealthy wallet can affect your mind, body, and even your plate. So it's probably not the best idea to decide you need to work on your mind and start sleeping 15 hours a day. Especially if the results of this commitment might cause your wallet and body to be negatively affected.
Not sure where my other comment went but on the healthy side I plan to slowly cut out soda.
